KODAK BLACK’S BORDER ARREST COULD NEGATIVELY AFFECT HIS PENDING SEXUAL ASSAULT CASE

Kodak Black was recently arrested at the U.S. – Canada border after what he says was a wrong turn due to an unreliable GPS last week and was charged with drugs and weapons possession. Well, Kodak was already on thin ice stemming from his ongoing sexual assault case in South Carolina…and it looks like the border arrest will make matters worse.

Florence County Solicitor’s Office found out about the border crossing and now have officials reviewing their sexual assault case against Kodak to see if he violated his current bond agreement. Kodak was indicted in April of 2017 after being accused of sexually assaulting a teenage girl in a South Carolina hotel.

According to TMZ, if it’s determined that Kodak violated his bond agreement, prosecutors will hold a hearing asking a judge to revoke his bond. Kodak Black’s attorney, Beattie Ashmore, gave no comment when asked about the possibility of bond revocation for his client.
